Ian Poulter sends fan signed ball via Twitter
This is pretty cool and one of the great things about social media.
Say what you want about Ian Poulter (and oh my, you have, you have said all of the things that can be said about Ian Poulter) but the man loves him a good deed.
A woman at the Phoenix Open (@diddyAZ) tweeted that Poulter teased her son by acting like he was going to toss him a golf ball and then didn't.
Poulter saw the tweet and responded by saying that it wasn't him and that he would send the woman and her son a signed ball just to be nice.
Please @DiddyAZ DM me your address I will have my office send you a signed golf ball. It must have been someone else teasing your son.— Ian Poulter (@IanJamesPoulter) February 1, 2014
