Jonas Blixt birdies No. 18 to shoot 66
Jonas Blixt will be right in the thick of things on Sunday after shooting a third-round
Jonas Blixt made four birdies on Saturday (and no bogeys) to shoot a 4-under 66 in his third round. The score rocketed him up the leaderboard in a day when a lot of the leaders were falling away.
This shot on No. 18 was a five iron bomb out of the rough that just sneaked over the sand trap and finished about six feet from the cup. He nailed the putt for birdie.
When he ended Blixt was 6 under and tied for fourth (the clubhouse leader) but with the way the leaders have been playing I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the final group on Sunday.
This is his first ever PGA Championship.
