Jordan Spieth isn't worried about what you think of him
The Kid doesn't care about what we say and that's a great thing for him.
This is what I like to see from The Kid.
Jordan Spieth spoke with Golf Channel during his practice round on Tuesday and opened up about his final-round struggles this season (well, "struggles").
"I don’t really care about the criticism because the people criticizing and even the people supporting me, there have only been a few people that have been in the positions that I’ve been in at my age, being able to try and compete the first time at these events and win them."
"I’m disappointed in myself, because I feel like I could have pulled them off. But I could care less what anybody really thinks."
That's what champs are made of and I hope it's actually true. I think it's one thing to say it but another thing to actually not care to actually not read, to actually not think about what others are saying about you.
You should read the rest of the excellent post at Golf Channel. There's some great Phil Mickelson stuff in there, too.
