Michelle Wie won the US Women's Open and took some cool photos
Some pretty awesome photos of Michelle Wie dominating Pinehurst.
It wasn't just that she did it, it was how she did it.
Resoundingly, with a birdie at No. 17 and her 72nd straight non-three putt on No. 18. Then the tears and the joy and the 24 years of anticipation -- an anticipation none of us will ever know -- flowed.
It was pretty cool to see.
The photos at the top are a pretty cool summation of Wie's afternoon -- my favorite is the one of Wie hugging Stacy Lewis (who finished second) after the tournament.
