Remember when Tiger Woods was better than most at Sawgrass?
Tiger Woods buried this incredible double-breaking putt at the Players Championship in 2001 when he went on to beat Vijay Singh.
This is one of my favorite golf shots ever.
In fact, given the source (Tiger Woods), the locale (TPC Sawgrass), the hole (No. 17), and the outcome (Tiger by one over Vijay Singh) it might be the most famous ever at a tournament outside the four majors.
This 60-footer was part of a Saturday 66 in 2001 that helped Woods win by one over Singh and two over Bernhard Langer.
"Better than most"?
Better than all.
