Sony Open 2017: How to watch live on TV, channel, start time from Congressional

The Sony Open this week touches off the two-tournament Hawaii swing for the PGA Tour. The views will be majestic, the coverage abundant and the field not half bad. I'm a big fan of primetime golf, and that's what we will get with the time difference (five hours) between Honolulu, Hawaii, and the east coast.

Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas and Hideki Matsuyama headline this event this week as the first full field tournament of 2017 gets cranking in the Aloha state. Here's a look at the schedule of events so you can watch all the action. (Updates will be made as weather dictates.)
