Steph Curry says Tiger Woods made him want to 'watch every single shot'
The impact of one legend on another when he was growing up
Steph Curry recently went on "Feherty" to discuss Tiger Woods' impact on him as a golfer and an athlete. Curry is one of the better golfers in the NBA -- in all of professional sports, for that matter -- and he was clearly affected by Tiger's greatness growing up.
"He was a ground-breaker obviously," said Curry. "For me when I was watching him, he made me want to watch every single shot of every single tournament he played."
Curry also told a story about how he and his friends used to have Tiger Woods-Chris Dimarco matches which is both hilarious and awesome considering that Curry would have a decent chance at beating both of them currently.
Also, according to some recent ratings, Tiger made a lot of people want to watch every single shot of every single tournament. Look at his impact on The Players Championship ratings in 2013 when he won compared to years since then.
