Tiger Woods still doesn't know when he's coming back
Tiger Woods spoke from the Quicken Loans National and said he's still not sure of when he's coming back.
On Monday from Congressional Country Club Tiger Woods spoke with Damon Hack of Golf Channel about where he's at with his back and when he expects to return.
Both were fairly vague.
"Still rehabbing," Woods told Golf Channel of his status. "It's not a lot of fun."
I'm actually a little bit surprised Woods didn't announce he was missing the US Open in June because it sounds like he's in no position to be playing in it.
Hack asked Woods whe he was returning to golf. Woods joked that he wanted to be back "today" but then gave a real answer.
"I don't know. It's not in my hands. I have to get permission from [my doctors and trainers]."
That has to be frustrating from a control freak like Woods. He noted that he's still chipping and putting but that everything else is sort of on hold.
