VIDEO: Phil Mickelson makes birdie from cart path at Scottish Open
A lot of crazy stuff happened at the 13th hole on Thursday but this shot from Phil Mickelson might have been the most impressive thing.
If you were attending the Scottish Open on Thursday and picked hole No. 13 to camp out at, you made a good choice.
Rory McIlroy hit a 436-yard drive there but before he came through Phil Mickelson hit this ridiculous shot off the cart path that checked up and stopped just beyond the pin.
He went on to make birdie and shoot a solid 3-under 68 for the day.
And it's not like he hasn't done this before. He did it at the Cadillac Championship in 2013 and then explained to all of us amateurs how it's done.
So yeah, I'd say Phil is in full Phil form at this point.
This eagle chip from the team of Kevin Kisner and Scott Brown was unbelievable
