"It is anticipated that the twelfth hole will play at two different lengths for the 2011 Open. Using the regular back tee requires less than a driver to reach the crest of the hill on this dogleg par four. Using the 2011 Open back tee will require a tee shot of 300 yards just to reach the fairway bunker that guards the outside of the dogleg. The fairway slopes from left to right and the second shot will be played slightly downhill to a green that is well guarded by bunkers front left and front right."
