Acclaimed Sportswriter Len Pasquarelli Joins SportsLine USA
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (July 6, 1999) - SportsLine USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLN), the leading global Internet sports media company, today announced that award-winning football columnist Len Pasquarelli has joined the company as national football columnist for its flagship site, CBS SportsLine (http://cbs.sportsline.com).
Pasquarelli joins SportsLine from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where he served as a staff writer covering the Atlanta Falcons and the National Football League for the last 10 years. Previously, Pasquarelli covered sports for the Fort Wayne News-Sentinel and also served as a staff writer for Pro Football Weekly and the Pittsburgh Steelers Weekly, among others.
