CBS SportsLine.com and NTN Communications, Inc. Announce New Partnership for Upcoming Fantasy Football Season

Agreement to Provide Live Personalized Fantasy Football Scores at NTN/Buzztime Hospitality Network Sites Throughout North America

Carlsbad, Calif. and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 6, 2005 - NTN Communications, Inc., (AMEX:NTN) a leader in interactive communications and entertainment products for the cable, satellite, mobile and hospitality industries, and CBS SportsLine.com, a leading internet sports media organization and a part of CBS Digital Media, announced today that CBS SportsLine Fantasy Football players will be able to receive live, personalized fantasy league updates as well as other statistics through the NTN/Buzztime iTV Network at subscriber restaurants and sports bars across the United States and Canada for the 2005 NFL season. At inception, approximately one half of NTN's 3,800 sites, as well as all new installations, will have the NTN technology required to access to the product.

The partnership, which joins the most popular fantasy football provider with North America's leading on-premise, interactive entertainment network, will provide millions of registered CBS SportsLine Fantasy Football players an on-premise access point for their personal fantasy scores, accessible on NTN/Buzztime wireless hand-held Playmaker® devices. Fantasy scores will be available throughout the day, and promoted heavily as part of NTN/Buzztime's QB1® Predict the Play® interactive football game. QB1 is America's longest running and most popular live interactive football strategy game. QB1 players compete against thousands of other players in North America to correctly predict the next play of the offense in all NFL games, as well as marquee college games each week.

Commenting on the agreement, Mark deGorter, President and COO of NTN, says: "We are pleased to be partnering with CBS SportsLine.com, the leading fantasy football provider, as we grow our interactive offerings to our subscribing sites. There is fantastic synergy between our products as we share a common player demographic, and we're confident that combining live fantasy updates with our hugely popular play-along football game will provide fans with the ultimate football experience this season, and will encourage them to come back to their favorite sports bar week after week."

CBS SportsLine.com will supply individual player scores and general fantasy football statistics to NTN/Buzztime hospitality sites through an XML feed. CBS SportsLine Fantasy Football players will enter their user name and password on NTN/Buzztime's handheld wireless device, the Playmaker, and receive their individual updates and scores directly on the Playmaker in real time as the game is played. In addition, general fantasy football statistics and scores will be displayed on the television screens throughout each QB1 game.

"CBS SportsLine.com's fantasy business has grown to the point where it is about much more than our award-winning league management products," said Steve Snyder, General Manager of CBS SportsLine.com. "Our fantasy business now includes television shows, magazines, wireless devices and thanks to this partnership with NTN Communications, we've now extended our fantasy brand and presence into thousands of sports bars across North America. It's a natural fit for our business and something we feel our fantasy users will really take advantage of."

While the primary focus of the joint effort will be providing CBS SportsLine.com score updates to fantasy football players during the QB1 game, the information will be available to anyone logging on at any of the nearly 1,900 North American iTV2 sites featuring the latest dual channel technology, regardless of whether they are actively playing QB1 or engaged in other NTN/Buzztime content.
