Will Rams trade away No. 1 pick?

The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that the new ownership of the Rams franchise, along with the troubled state of the team itself, has a lot of wild rumors swirling about possible changes on the horizon.

One of the hottes rumors, according to the report, is that the Rams may trade their No. 1 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in exchange for QB Josh Johnson and a combination of draft picks in the first, second or third rounds.

One such scenario would only bump the Rams down to the No. 3 pick, which would be a relatively small price to pay if their most coveted draft prospect isn't expected to be drafted first or second overall.

Another rumor the story mentions is the possibility of stealing QB Michael Vick away from Philadelphia.

Will Rams trade away No. 1 pick?

If the Rams do their homework, they will consider trading down their first pick to accumulate as many quality picks as possible. They have a ton of areas they need to upgrade. There are a lot of very good athletes in this years draft (especially on defense). Hopefully they will be smart and go this route as well as monitoring whats available in the free agent market.

Will Rams trade away No. 1 pick?

I don't think the Rams will Trade away there pick because of Josh Johnson doesn't have a good of value to them if they can go steal Michael Vick away from the Eagles. Although the number of picks help I still disagree.
