2. (18) North Carolina (E) 970 27-3 HR-1 LR-6 AP- CP- GP-2
"Winner of the tough ACC, also the country's most talented team, if they don't take a night off (BC, Maryland)" -Pitty618
3. Connecticut (-2) 887 27-3 HR-2 LR-6 AP- CP- GP-3
"They got beat by Pitt again and they are endanger of losing a #1 seed. They need to find someone to step up in place of Jerome Dyson." -Boltzfan104
4. Louisville (+1) 879 25-5 HR-2 LR-8 AP- CP- GP-6
"Big East champs, probably wont make a 1 seed without winning the BE tourney. Ill take a 2 seed in Memphis or Oklahomas bracket and be happy." -Loucards
5. Memphis (-1) 822 28-3 HR-1 LR-14 AP- CP- GP-5
"They are not deserving of a top 5 seed. They played four good teams in non-conference, and they lost to three of them." -Reamo37
6. Michigan State (+1) 799 25-5 HR-2 LR-8 AP- CP- GP-8
"Won big 10 championship with win over purdue, only consistant team in conference" -Headchopper100
7. Oklahoma (-1) 785 27-4 HR-2 LR-15 AP- CP- GP-4
"I have said it once and I will say it again...what is up with them winning by 5 against inferior opponents?" -Oneandonlystout
8. Duke (E) 679 25-6 HR-6 LR-12 AP- CP- GP-7
"Lost to UNC in a hard fought battle...Could slip to a #3 seed if they have a quick exit in ACC tourney." -Bigal13
9. Wake Forest (+1) 674 24-5 HR-6 LR-14 AP- CP- GP-9
"I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they lost in the first round (of the tourney) or made the final 4. Such an enigma, but it seems they've found a second wind." -huskyonspeed
10. Villanova (+3) 633 25-6 HR-7 LR-13 AP- CP- GP-12
"Corey Fischer's improvement throughout the season is impressive. With Louisville and Pitt being streaky from behind the arc, and Uconn being horrible from behind the arc, this team could shoot their way into a Big East Title." -Statfanatic2
11. Kansas (-2) 610 25-6 HR-6 LR-15 AP- CP- GP-10
"Well, we've seen what happens when Sherron Collins goes cold and Aldrich gets in foul trouble, but congrats to Bill Self for winning another Big XII Regular Season Championship. After the players he lost, this is a true accomplishment." -Brwhite23
12. Washington (+3) 575 24-7 HR-8 LR-19 AP- CP- GP-11
"Clinched one of the few Pac-10 titles that didn't go to UCLA, Arizona, or Stanford. Oregon has the only other one in the last 15 years or so." -Somerandomdude
13. Gonzaga (+5) 453 25-5 HR-8 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-17
"Theyre good, not great...look for another 1st or 2nd round tournament exit from these guys" -Splinter79
14. UCLA (+6) 387 24-7 HR-10 LR-24 AP- CP- GP-18
"Howland's Final Four streak ends this year." -Pitty618
15. Missouri (-1) 385 25-6 HR-11 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-13
"I've given up trying to understand this team... blown out by Kansas, beat Oklahoma (with Griffin in the line-up), and then lose to Texas A&M... at this rate, can we really be surprised if they were to lose in the first round of the NCAA tournament?" -Canuck23
16. Syracuse (+9) 314 23-8 HR-13 LR-23 AP- CP- GP-16
"Nice win at Marquette, can really help their seeding with some wins in the Big East tournament" -Lobofan2003
17. Clemson (E) 313 23-7 HR-13 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-15

19. LSU (-8) 255 25-6 HR-12 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-21
"I know, they're really not good. But someone has to win the conference that no one wants" -Pitt.nd1
20. Xavier (-1) 249 24-6 HR-12 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-20
"Xavier has been overrated all season. They have been struggling to get by in the A10. They'll be gone by the first weekend." -Chrisishokie
21. Marquette (-9) 211 23-8 HR-13 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-NR
"They are not doing well without Dominic James, I bet they will be an early round exit in the Big East and NCAA tournaments." -badgerboy1183
22. Butler (+2) 202 26-4 HR-15 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-19
"I don't think they're that great, but I had trouble finding other teams deserving, only one decent win all season, and some bad losses." -Badgers Ballers
23. Purdue (-7) 176 22-9 HR-14 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-23
"The Boliermakers finish the season on a sour note, losing to Northwestern and conference champiion Michigan State. A lackluster offensive effort in the second half against MSU doomed Purdue, as they only scored 4 points in the first 15 minutes of the second half." -Rebalpatriot23
24. Arizona State (-1) 118 22-8 HR-16 LR-NR AP- CP- GP-25
"Lose three of past four including a bad loss to Stanford, but they were +2 in point differential." -Sportemind
25. Illinois (-4) 106 23-8 HR-15 LR- NR AP- CP- GP-22
"They earned second place in the Big Ten because of their sweep of Purdue. They may struggle on offense, but their defense always keeps them close." -Reamo37

You're not helping your school's already abysmal image. A loss is a loss, and that almost always merits a drop, unless it is an extremely close game on a better team's court. This poll does not mean anything anyway, so there is no need to bitch about it. Obviously Misery was not the better team. The better team would not be down by 26 in the 2nd half. They may have been the better team for a stretch or two that afternoon, but A&M was the better team for the game. And that's what counts.
Why don't you just shut up and enjoy your fleabitten tigers one season of relevance.
