hey guys, I'm going to branch out a little bit here. and this will be brief.

Apples are more effective at waking you up in the morning than caffeine.  Think about it.  Also, cutting sugar out of your diet as much as possible is a very good thing.  On that note, vitamin water is not that good for you =(. bummer.  drink water,  eat apples.

no bongshow, smoking out of an apple doesn't count

Yeah, but whodem turned out to be OK. We worked out an avi bet (as you can see). He only called for 2 weeks but out of fairness I'm leaving it up until the 31st. As another poster copied (legally) the one I had chosen when I switched, whodem is making me a new one that I'll start sporting in February. I'm hoping it'll be another contest winner like the last one he made for me. I appreciate your interest and support.

i'm taking a multivitamin

2 a day workouts ( a lot of jumping rope, along with other stuff at various times)

skipping fries, candy bars or any other sides that i might not need.

NO pop.

not eating for the sake of eating

drinking a lot of water

not chewing (dipping as alot of people call it)

sleep by 12

i'm all over it BAmaMAn, by the way, i'm glad you're not off the boards with that name (you lost a bet to whodem right?)

Aaah, on a health kick, are we. Water and apples are good. Eat light, Spread your meals out every 2-3 hours. Nuts, fruits, and fresh veggies are a plus. My favorite snack is a bottle of Ensure and a banana. Taking one of those daily vitamens doesn't hurt, either.
