Fantasy Football Help 2010

Joe,
My team will need a week 4 bye replacement for Jason Witten (I don't carry a regular backup TE, but will drop a player at some position for that week).

The highest rated TE's available in my league at this point in time are Fred Davis (WAS) and Todd Heap (BAL).  Two questions: (1)  Assuming that Davis and Heap are still available for week 4, which should I pick as my bye week replacement?   (2)  Inasmuch as you are a Patriots fan, do you have any insight as to whether or not any of the Patriots' 3 TE's is likely to emerge as a viable fantasy TE (at least good enough to use as a bye week replacement)?

Regarding these questions, it is recognized that you don't have a crystal ball, but since your HELP offer is extended, I figured WHY NOT ASK?
