In 2009, most scouts considered Ras-I Dowling a probable first round pick due to his 6-2 frame and receiver-like ball skills. While running a strong 4.4 40 in Indy today, however, he pulled up with a right hamstring injury. Dowling missed time with a right knee problem, broken left ankle, lingering hamstring injury in 2010.
Though he's still likely to be a top 75 pick, scouts know that even the most talented players can't make much of an impact if they are sitting on the sidelines.
