Indiana receiver Tandon Doss did not work out at his school's pro day Thursday as he recovers from off-season surgery on both groins.
He is reported to be near 100%, but like Clemson's highly-rated defensive end Da'Quan Bowers, scheduled a private workout (April 6th in Bloomington) to continue his training (API-Bradenton, Florida) instead of risking aggravating an injury by running too early.
Doss missed the 2010 season opener because of this groin issue, and also missed four games in 2008 with shoulder and knee injuries.
Though talented (first team All-Big Ten with 63-706-7 receiving, 28-163-1 rushing, 41-1,016 kick returns last fall) and tough enough to play through the injury, teams may question whether he is durable enough to select in the second round.
