I Feel Ripped Off

So I finally win one of my Fantasy Leagues, Have paid for 5 teams, Thinking that I'll finally get some money back. I can show the wife that I don't waste this money. Then guess what, I don't recieve any notification. Therefore I write CBS and this is what they respond with. I obviously need to start reading the rules a little closer. A guy in Detroit can win a Canadian Lottery worth Millions, But I can't win a lousy $100.00????

I'm sorry, but apparently, our legal group has deemed residents in your location to be ineligible to participate in pay-to-win contests offered by our organization.

Our legal team reviews the laws of each country, state, etc. on a consistent basis to determine if our pay-to-win cash games conform to the stipulations set forth by each municipality. There is no single specific statute I can cite, as all regulations of any given municipality are reviewed comprehensively to make the final determination.

 Per League Rules:

Eligibility
* CBSSports.com Fantasy Hockey Gold is open to: (a) Registered Users; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, Washington DC, and Canada (excluding Quebec) (for purposes of clarity, Puerto Rico is expressly excluded); and (c) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the date of registration in the Contest in order to win any prizes.

PLEASE NOTE: Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) eligible legal residents of Canada, Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, and Vermont may play Fantasy Hockey Gold, but are not eligible to win any prizes; and (ii) in all events you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of registration in the contest in order to win any prizes.
