The FELON is back!

So  Micheal Vick is back in the NFL.He has got to feel blessed.I would.Iguess we will see how much of a man this FELON is,won't we?To me it's not a question of should he be allowed back in or not.I really don't care. It's a matter of the FELON staying in or not.I've heard fans argue that he was the first man or woman to go to jail for dogfighting! One,i find that hard to believe, and two, there has to be a first for everything, doesn't there?Fans wanna compare him to Donte Stallworth's crime.Donte's crime was a true accident,in my opinion rgardless of alcohol involvement. The man jumped in front of his car!The FELON'S crime was premeditated. It was Utterly brutal.I really don't care to hear anything on it's a way of life for some people. That's just a lazy,cop-out excuse.By the time you get to the FELONS age we ALL know that dogfighting is and SHOULD be a very harshly, punishable crime.Come on,we all have Animal Planet,we see what happens.Don't get me wrong,HUMANS do go before ANIMALS,i'm all for that.Every fan out ther, even the ones backing this FELON,ask yourself one question,Wuold you get to save your job if you went to jail for 23 months for a BRUTAL crime?

I THOUGHT NOT ALSO!

The FELON is back!

The bigger problem I see is St. Louis' community involvement with the Humane Society and PETA and even Tony Larussa's Animal Rescue Foundation. The last thing they want down there @ the Ed Jones Dome is picketing animal rights acitivist.     Now... If I were the GM of the Rams (I'm not btw..) I would consider him. The saying goes "There's no such thing as bad press". St. Louis would finally get a little spotlight on ESPN and he is a proffesional athlete that may come to be one of the best bargains in Pro sports. Not sure what his exact contract terms are but I'm guessing there is a deal there. Is Bulger really a better QB?? Do we have cap room?

The FELON is back!

That is your opinion and I respect it, but I disagree. The punishment Micheal Vick recieved fit his crime and he was truely the first celebrity to not get off the hook. I am not sticking up for him cause what he did was wrong, but to his credit he will not be looked at fairly ever again for anything he tries to do. Your Donte Stallworth arguement is weightless also, and yes his crime was premeditated. Flashing your lights before you hit someone does not make it ok to hit them. You can say its apples to apples, but who will get heckled more? That goes without saying. To address your last question; no, none of use would get our jobs back after a long jail term. Neither is Vick, just like every one else he had to apply for reinstatement and apply to anonther team. The only thing that can be given to him is another chance, which is the same thing you would ask for if you were in his shoes.
