Peoples Poll - Week in Review (#14)

thanks for your comment

Missouri is in pretty good shape to make the dance.   They have one of the best full court presses in the game today.  Their win over Texas last week will help them alot.  And English can really light up the scoreboard

Kansas St, is one the biggest positive surprises of the season.  If they can win there remaining regular season games and get to the conference finals, they could end up as high as a 2 seed.  In my latest poll I have them #5, but I may have them a spot or 2 too high.  With the way the Big East is beating up on themselves, I may have knocked Nova down too much.

Peoples Poll - Week in Review (#14)

Hopefull my Mizzou Tigers helped their NCAA cause with the win over the Longhorns.  The fact K-State is 7th makes that early conference win look real good too,

Wanted to briefly commenf K-State's Frank martin on the superb coaching job he is doing out in Manhattan Kansas.  He has that team playing very well.  They should be no worse than a 3 seed in the tournament, and if they keep winning, a 2.  Makes K-Staters forget totally about Bob Huggins.  This should quiet the folks who think D1 college head coaches should have prior college HC experience.  If I recall correctly, Roy Williams was never a head coach before going to Kansas and did just fine.

Good work as usual hammer.  Just one last thing, saw Illinois breifly against Purdue on Saturday,  What's up with the road unis.  It looks like the Bears or more like Nike folks who did the Broncos uniforms designed them.  Kind of cool, yet odd at the same time.
