First Star: Jaroslav Halak, Montreal Canadiens

With his 53-save effort, Halak forced a Game 7 against the Montreal Canadiens. The netminder also set NHL records for most saves in a regulation playoff game when facing elimination and a new team record for most saves in a regulation playoff game.

Second Star: Mike Cammalleri, Montreal Canadiens

Cammalleri finished with two goals and an assist in Montreal's 4-1 win over Washington. The winger could have registered a hat trick with an empty-net goal at the end of the game, but in an unselfish act, dished off to teammate Tomas Plekanec instead.

Third Star: Antti Niemi, Chicago Blackhawks

Niemi stopped 19 shots over the final two periods to preserve a series-clinching, 4-3 victory.

Honorable Mentions

  • David Krejci , Boston Bruins: two goals, one assist
  • Jonathan Toews , Chicago Blackhawks: one goal, two assists
  • Tomas Plekanec , Montreal Canadiens: one goal, one assist
