Twins DL Hudson, but not Hardy

Manager Ron Gardenhire just told reporters the Twins have placed second baseman Orlando Hudson on the disabled list with a wrist injury. Hudson hasn't played since May 31, when he collided with Denard Span and hurt his surgically repaired left wrist. He'll be eligible to return June 15.
Shortstop J.J. Hardy, also sporting a sore wrist, was considered a candidate for the DL. Instead, he had a cortisone shot and the team will see how he responds in the next few days.
Taking Hudson's spot on the roster is Michael Cuddyer, who has been on the bereavement list while attending his father-in-law's funeral.
