Jimmy Rollins will likely be activated from the disabled list this week, Phillies assistant general manager Scott Proefrock told MLB.com's Zach Schornbrun .

Rollins is scheduled to play his fourth and final rehab game tonight for Class-A Clearwater. He played nine innings in Friday's game.

"Everything went well last night and depending on how things go tonight, he'll be evaluated," Proefrock said. "We'll see where we go from there. We're optimistic he will be available for us sometime next week."

Rollins has been on the disabled list since May 22 with a strained right calf.
