A's Bailey closer to return

A's closer Andrew Bailey is closer to returning from the disabled list after throwing from 120 feet on Wednesday.
According to MLB.com's Jane Lee , Bailey returned from his throwing session and walked back into the team's clubhouse "with his arms up in the air and smile attached to his face."
"It went really well," Bailey said. "Felt really good."

Bailey went not he disabled list retroactive to July 21 with a intercostal strain on his right side. The A's have used Craig Breslow and Michael Wuertz share closing duties in his absence.
The team could also get Conor Jackson back soon, as well. He'd played eight innings with the team's Rookie League club, and will play for Class A Stockton on Wednesday, where he's scheduled to play seven innings in left field.
