The Arizona Diamondbacks have said they'd like a new general manager in place as soon as possible, and now the team reportedly will begin interviewing people over the "next couple of weeks."'s Jon Paul Morosi has a list of six the Diamondbacks are expected to interview, including interim GM Jerry Dipoto. Morosi says sources tell him Arizona's higher-ups were satisfied with Dipoto's deadline-deals after he took over for Josh Byrnes.

The others listed by Morosi are current assistant GM Peter Woodfork, former Padres GM Kevin Towers, the Yankees' Damon Oppenheimer, the Dodgers' De Jon Watson and Logan White.
