Bobby Valentine Another day, another Bobby Valentine interview.

The Toronto Sun reports Valentine interviewed for the Blue Jays' managerial position. Valentine has also interviewed with the Mariners and Marlins.

In other managerial interview news, the Pirates interviewed Jeff Banister and Ken Macha on Tuesday for their open managerial position.

Banister has worked in the Pirates organization for the past 25 years.

Macha, a Pittsburgh-area native, managed the Brewers the last two seasons and also managed the A's.

The team has already interviewed Eric Wedge, Bo Porter and John Gibbons. The Sun also says the Pirates have interviewed Valentine, however the team has officially released the names of the prospective managers after they interview with the Pirates' brass and Valentine has not been among those. Wedge has interviewed for both jobs.
