Armando Galarraga Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga has probably gained more accolades for not having a perfect game than he would for having pitched a perfect game.

On Saturday, he received another award for just not being a jerk when Jim Joyce cost him a perfect game -- which was no small feat.

Anway, he received a Medal of Reasonableness at Saturday's Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear in Washington D.C. Galarraga wasn't at the rally, but accepted the award from his home in Venezuela.

Another honor for Tigers' Galarraga

Glad to see  this. In a year that will be remembered for Tea partiers with Obama as Hitler signs, and people yelling at town hall meetings, Galarraga's handling of Joyce's blown call was a much needed breath of fresh air
