One week after news broke that he was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, Tigers superstar Miguel Cabrera will report to camp and answer questions from reporters at 4:30 ET.

There has been talk Cabrera might enter a rehab program, though nothing specific has been announced by Cabrera's agent or the Tigers.

Cabrera, 27, was the runner-up for AL MVP last season. He led the majors with 126 RBI and a 179 OPS-plus. He also hit .328 with 38 home runs, 45 doubles and an AL-best .420 OBP.

Losing Cabrera from the lineup for any amount of time would severely hamper the offense, but the concern for Cabrera as a person comes before Cabrera as a player at this point.

Where did I say he should get suspended or banned? He should face similar charges to anyone that chooses to drink and drive. I am a Tigers fan, I am part of the ladies knitting club, and I own b -itches like you. PS, I am drunk right now. Lets go see if I can play demolition derby!

Hey maybe I will. While I do that, maybe someone you know will get hit by someone that chooses to drink or drive, and we can all have a laugh over it right, because you know complaining about drinking and driving is for ladies right? So when your relative gets plowed off the road by a drunk fool, no complaining from you. Its the way of life here in America and we need to relish that.

He should have won the MVP last year.  He WILL win it this year.

And I'm sure you want him suspended or banned, right? I guess that's what they do in the ladies knitting club. He's making 20 million a year. He should've been the MVP. Was he drunk at a game? If you got popped for DUI after work, would you like to go bow down to every hypocrite in the media, and kiss up to every fan? Gee, I wonder how many fans are drunk in the stadium watching Miggy play. If you're so concerned about alcohol, why don't you go join the Ladies Temperence Movement, and leave baseball to the rest of us.

Here comes the, I will never do it again, etc etc. I'm not judging, I realize many people have drug and alcohol addictions and it is very difficult to overcome..but stepping in your car and taking those problems on the road is a whole new monster.

People need to stop over reacting about Miguel Cabrera. Pretty sure Mickey Mantle did just fine.
