Police have found a blood-stained Dodgers jersey that matches the DNA of Bryan Stow, reports NBC Los Angeles.

The jersey was dropped off at a cleaners in L.A. who notified authorities after becoming suspicious. The Los Angeles Police Department then brought it for DNA testing. There are three suspects in the beating -- two male perpetrators and a woman who drove the getaway car. Both the woman and the first assailant were wearing Dodgers jerseys, witnesses said.

The police earlier identified Giovanni Ramirez as the top suspect in the case. He is currently jailed for allegedly violating his parole. He is thought to have been the man to take the jersey to the cleaners a source said, which a LAPD source did not contradict. However, the jersey is apparently not Ramirez's.

The source who first informed NBC Los Angeles of the bloodied jersey said it's believed Ramirez is the individual who took the jersey to the cleaners.  A second source, who is with LAPD, did not contradict this,  but said the jersey is not Ramirez's.  Whether investigators believe it was the getaway driver's or someone else's, the source declined to say.

"If they're trying to squeeze [Ramirez], they're doing it by remote control." attorney Anthony Brooklier said of if the police has tried to finagle information about the beating. "Because they've never come to us, or him, and ask him to give anything up."

Attorneys for Ramirez claim he has an ironclad alibi. Ramirez himself has gone through a suspect lineup and polygraph tests, the results of which were not released.

Stow, a Giants fan who was jumped at Dodgers Stadium on Opening Day of March 31, is still in a coma and is showing signs of brain dysfunction. Police have been on the hunt ever since for the attackers.

It's curtains for you Ramirez. Round up the rest of the posse, lock them up, and throw away the key. Good riddance!

From another white guy here. VERY WELL SAID!!!!!! This isn't a crime about race, but instead stupidity and senselessness. Those who start throwing out all the racial comments only cheapen what happened and take the story away from the crime.

No big surprise the the last name of the one is Ramirez. Now to see if he is a leagl citizen or here legally as work/student visa. I would bet that he is illegal. Not a big shock to me that this happened with these respect, no consideration, no conscience at all.

Rather racist and arrogant of you.  You know, considering all the violent crimes that are commited by whites and blacks that are just as sensless in nature.

Ironic that you used the phrase "no respect, no consideration, conscience at all"  when in fact you have showed no respect, consideration, or conscience with such mindless, stereotypical, racial profiling racism as is in your post.
How much you wanna bet that the serial killer lose in Long Island isn't hispanic? Rather, he is most likely white (like me).
How "stunned" are you that Casey Anthony, a white woman, killed her little girl and partied up like nothing happened?

I hope your little brain doesnt' explode that these violent crimes are, and can be, commited by people that aren't of hispanic nature.

I want everybody to listen because what I am about to say is very profound. "WHO GIVE A S... ABOUT WHO YOU ROOT FOR IN SPORTS" People beat each other and kill each other in soccer arenas because of who you root for? Are you series...It's sports. If you don't like the Reds, then meet me in the back alley and I will beat you sensesless...that will show you! Ridiculous!

UGAbiggestfan, You are not seriously trying to compare listening to loud music to beating a man into a coma are you? Their is seriously NO correlation their so get  off your soap box and go beat your "these damned whippersnappers!" drum somewhere else. What those dodgers fans did is terrible and for someone to use that as a stage to complain about loud rap music is just disrespectful to the victim.

>> how can the suspect go through a lineup when the victim is in a coma?

Perhaps someone who witnessed the beating (but of course did nothing to stop it) has come forward to id Ramirez, which is why there was a lineup.

For myself, how stupid is someone to bring a bloody shirt into a laundry for someone else to clean. You bury such a shirt deep in your backyard.  Of course, if these people had been intelligent, they'd never have done what they did.

I have two young kids and I am reluctant to take them to any sporting events for this very reason.  There are some people that act like complete morons and ruin the game for everyone else.  We went to a Braves game a few weeks ago and some kids tailgating were blaring rap music with enough cuss words in it to make a sailor blush.  I walked past them as quickly as possible while trying to cover my kids' ears.  Did they actually think the whole parking lot wanted to hear that garbage?
