2011 baseball postseason schedule

For a 2nd straight year I am very excited about the playoffs.  Even though my two teams are gone--Dbacks in 5 games and Indians not in playoffs, it is great that for a 2nd straight year I don't have to watch the Yankees, Red Sox or Phillies.  Alot of people may disagree, but if they Yanks/Phils/Red Sox are in the World Series I watch very little of it.  But last year I watched every game because exciting to see two new teams/cities for a change.

I know the biased MLB front office is upset with the Yankees and the Phillies losing but they have to be happy with 19 first round games.

Hey what do you expect... their home office is right in the middle of Yankee/Sox territory. That's where the $$$ is for them.

Seriously what will ESPN do if the Yankees are eliminated.  The Red Sox aren't in the playoffs, and in the ESPN world there are only two MLB teams.  Will they just stop covering baseball the rest of this season?

I guess that will give them ample time to devote coverage to the Patriots, Jets, Cowboys, and the NBA lockout.

im not sure if you realize this but in wisconsin the packers are like royalty. I happen to love both of my teams. Packer football takes precident over the brewers regardless of post-season or not lol. but if the brewers are in the nlcs or world series then hell yes brewers.    &nb
sp;  Before you say im not a baseball fan ive watched 140+ brewers games, I just happen to live right by lambeau field

Seriously?  Packers - Broncos?  You're not a baseball fan if Week 4 NFL is more important than the baseball postseason.  Get a DVR.
