Another turn in the Vick case

Posted on: June 29, 2010 10:09 pm

The news continues to be not-so-good for Eagles QB Michael Vick. Remember how Vick apparently had left the restaurant where his birthday party was held long before one of his former dog-fighting associates was shot last week?

Well, it might not have happened exactly like that.

According to the Hampton Roads Daily Press , Vick’s entourage left the Guadalajara restaurant at 2:07 a.m., three minutes before gunshots rang out. This, according to the surveillance video the restaurant turned over to police Tuesday.

Vick attorney, Larry Woodward, did not sound pleased with the apparent confliction of the video and what he had claimed earlier.

"I stand by what I said, that Michael was long gone before the shooting, does not know who did the shooting and had nothing to do with the shooting," Woodward told the newspaper. "Anyone who says any different better be very careful."

Free Advice: Lawyers Should Think Before He Acts

How stupid is Vick's lawyer and why would Vick pay this guy?  If you are going to come out and make a statement saying that Vick was long gone before the shooting, wouldn't it cross your mind to say, "Hey Mike, before we come out and make up a story, can you tell me exactly when you left the party, because certainly there will be a camera somewhere that can show where you were at a specific time."  As soon as the knucklehead came out with the statement that said Vick left the party well before the shooting, I said to myself, There will be a camera somewhere that proves that statement to be true or false....  What a total dope.

Vick's story is already getting holes shot through it.  No PUN intended.  By the way...  Now I am wondering if Vick or a member of his posse pulled the trigger?  Maybe yes, maybe no.  But now all of sudden it looks like Vick may be telling a false story about what happened.  Why's that?  Who knows?  Maybe there is a camera somewhere that shows a car fleeing the scene.  Maybe?  If he doesn't have anything to lie about, why would Vick lie?

Hey Eagles, I know we are already all set for last place in our division with your piss-poor off-season of bad free agent moves and crap draft picks, but you may want to go ahead and sign a backup QB for when Kolb gets injured.  I think that would be a good idea at this point.

Ray Ray would say, "You are fu@&#d dog, I screwed up one time being i nthe wrong place at the wrong time and have kept clean of POTENTIAL situations since, while continuing to be a "warrior" and keeping kosher with the U.  See, you can still be a badass without being around guns and stuff, you are just an idiot.

Eagles, wise up.

Eagles better cut this guy loose.   Better to go with a stable QB.

Another turn in the Vick case

At this point..nobody knows the real truth..however..Vick and his lawyer have told police that Vick was "LONG GONE" before the shooting. IF it turns out Vick left at 2:07..then he clearly lied to police..which is a violation of his parole.

Roddy White WR for the Falcons has also backed up Vick's claim to have been "long gone" before the shooting. (watch out Roddy)

Vick was also not to associate with Quanis Phillips(the shootee) per his parole agreement. (This may or may not be a parole violation as Phillips "allegedly" crashed Vick's party. There have been reports of an altercation between Vick and phillips BUT:

There is a report that Phillips threw cake in Vick's face..and was asked to leave(Vick's lawyer says Phillips was escorted out) Vick's lawyer also claims Vick had NO contact with Phillips at the party..so..was there cake slinging or not? Was there contact or no contact?

Witnesses have told police the shooter was a "black man wearing a white tank top and driving a white Cadillac Escalade"

Allen Fabijan, a spokesman for the Guadalajara restaurant, contradicted Vick's lawyer..by saying there was NO trouble earlier before the shooting and Phillips was NOT escorted out.

Who has actually seen this videotape?

3 minutes is 180 seconds!........MORON!  The jackoff should have been home studying a fucking PLAYBOOK instead of associating with people he is PROHIBITED from seeing in the first place!

Another turn in the Vick case

Actually it is a crime when probation prohibits him from associating with his dog fighting boys, so that in a nutshell is enogh to put a person behind bars. what i wonder is do they think Vick is involved in the shooting? if so there will be a huge invesigation and bye bye to the nfl if that happens...

Another turn in the Vick case

This is in the facts and RUMORS section of the site right? Why don't all you home detectives wait until ALL the facts come out then voice your stupid opinions.
If the tape shows he was gone then he was. If it shows he was still there or shows some altercation before the shooting then he should be suspended/banned but until we really know what's on it, shut it.
