Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

Posted on: July 29, 2010 3:16 pm

Things were going well for Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth this morning. He was participating in the conditioning test – the exam that would decide whether he can practice with his teammates – and he was performing well.

But, then nature called, and that’s when the problems began.

According to Jason Reid of the Washington Post , “Haynesworth apparently needed a lavatory break midway through the second part (of the test) and was unable to complete the test after returning and starting from the beginning.”

Although teammates says Haynesworth appears in pretty good shape, it’s also not a surprise that he didn’t pass the test. It seems likely coach Mike Shanahan was going to make sure of that.

Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

its true you fool...he's making an example of him and punishing him the best way he can without it being obvious (for the bull*** he pulled earlier in the offseason).  everyone knows that haynesworth dropped 30 pounds and is probably in the best shape he has ever been in.  he was going to fail that test one way or the other

Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

How would he drop all this weight, and still be in worse shape than last year?

 "although teammates says"

Seriously?  How DOES this crap make it to print?  There is ABSOLUTELY no foundation for the author's claim!

Oh, and by the way, "teammates says?" Where did Mr. Katzowitz learn to write?  I believe the correct useage of tense would be either, "although teammates SAY," or "although teammates SAID."  If ONE person made the claim, it would be a teammate (singular) SAYS!"

At least learn to use the language properly before you make an ass of yourself Mr. Katzowitz!

Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

I hope Shanahan did rig the test and that he makes Fat Alberts professional life a living hell as long as he is employed by the Redskins. It commendable for a coach to use every resource he can to put an overpaid punk in his place. I think it sends a message and hope the public humiliation continues until Fatty straightens up or he gives up.

Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

So let me get this straight, Big Al does 6-25 yard sprints in less than 70 seconds then all the sudden he has to go potty.  I did not know that running 6-25 yard sprints in less than 70 could cause a person to need to use the restroom that fast.

Next time Coach ask poor AL if he has to go potty, and if he does have a trainer escort him so he doesnt get lost......or maybe Big Al wanted a little more than a 3 minute break and concocted that lame excuse.  The dude claimed to be in such good shape cause he lost 30-40 lbs but a good liposuction surgery could have done that but would have done nothing for his conditioning.

I think Albert did have that surgery to try and pull the wool over the Redskins then tried to use the lame I got to go potty excuse to get an extra minute or two break.  Albert is not in shape and what a waste of talent.  The man could be the most dominating NFL player ever but he has no heart

Haynesworth fails his conditioning test

It's a post.  I don't need evidence.  I'm entitled to my opinion.  BTW, the yokels on the NFL network just stated the same opinion, so maybe it's not baseless after all, eh?
