Haynesworth: 'I'm tired of this BS'

Albert Haynesworth failed his second conditioning test on Friday morning -- after failing a test on Thursday as well -- and is quickly becoming the biggest NFL training camp storyline . (Brett Favre is likely not pleased.)

Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan had some pointed comments on Thursday night , but he wasn't alone. Haynesworth told NBC4 in DC , "I'm tired of this B.S., I just want to get on the field and play football."

The good (?) news for Haynesworth is that he'll get a THIRD shot to pass the test on Saturday, according to Jason Reid of the Washington Post .

Reid also notes two more things of interest: 1) Haynesworth must complete two 300-yard shuttle runs, according to sources, in under 71 seconds and 2) some players have "privately expressed concern" that Shanahan is simply trying to make an example out of Haynesworth.

If that's the case, it's certainly working.

Update (11:58): Washington made strength and conditioning coach Ray Wright available to the media. He confirmed that the test is indeed two 300-yard shuttle runs. The first must be completed in 70 seconds or less, and is followed by a two minute break, with a second 300-yard run that must be completed in 70-73 seconds. He also added, according to the WaPo 's Rick Maese on Twitter , that, "I expect him to pass it soon."

Haynesworth: 'I'm tired of this BS'

Hey Mr. Multimillionaire, here's a hint:  When your company pays you the big dollar, you are expected to show up at camp, OTA's and non-mandatory meetings and drills.  If you don't want to, give back the money.  I didn't hear you bitchin when you got your huge contract.
Quit your f*&kin crying and get your fat, blimp-ass, twinkie eating face to camp and come to it in shape.

Shanahan is the perfect man for this job, team and players of this sort.  You screw with him and you will KNOW who is the boss.

So basically your telling me that mr. Snyder/Redskins/coaches/players should all play the 4-3 instead of a 3-4 because AB was promised so? YOU and most others who sides with AB don't get the point. You get paid to do a job and the owner/coaches are allowed to changed the direction of it's franchise within the best interest of the "fans" and "organization" itself. Coaches are promised they keep their job for the lifetime of their contract but get fired when the owner feels like he's underperformed. Besides, the owner should do whatever the F he wants, he's shelling out all the $$$, making a risk of his investment, he should do what ever the F he wants. At the end of the day, AB gets paid...why does it matter? AB is compalaining cause he's a spoil little B, you ever see a kid at the department store cry cause the kid doesn't get what he/she wanted? Well tough luck, welcome to the real business world. Once AB start signing checks, than he can do whatever the F he wants.

Who gives a s$%t if Shannahan couldn't win without Elway? I personally don't think Elway could've won without Shannahan... I guess you'd call that a win/win situation? And how can you take sides with Haynesworth (or call a coach making a player run a "fiasco" for that matter)? He gets a gigantic, absurd contract, becomes the fattest, laziest man in the NFL, and whines that he's not a 3-4 guy. I will agree with you on one thing though, there is a lot of talent being wasted, but it's Haynesworth doing the wasting, not the Redskins defensive scheme. Do I even need to bring up the face-stomping incident a few seasons ago? Haynesworth is a BUM...

Biggest horses patute in the NFL!  Millions of dollars wasted, because Haynesworth can't stay out of the ihop.  I bet if you pulled a ham by a stringtowards the finish line, he would pass his test.  I saw Corey Pavin and Langer last week on the senior pga tour, looking like atheletes.  Now we got this young slob looking like the poster boy for laziness!  BUM!
