Wallace eats it after TD, but Steelers in control

If you ever wanted evidence of why the Panthers are 2-12, it's on display Thursday night against the Steelers. The defense is good enough to stop even potent offensive teams.

But because their offense (specifically, the passing game) is so embarrassingly bad, the struggle to move the ball sufficiently, eventually give up the ball and then big plays.

Like this one, in which Ben Roethlisberger hits Mike Wallace on a quick slant that suddenly becomes six points. Bonus: Wallace completely eats it on the warning track.

Unfortunately for the Panthers, Wallace doesn't lose any style points and the score is still 10-0, which, even if Pittsburgh remains scoreless the rest of the way, might actually be enough to hand the 'Cats another loss.
