Geno Hayes is in the clear. The Buccaneers linebackers was headed to court for his December arrest in which he was tasered outside of Tampa’s Blue Martini Nightclub (he reportedly became defiant when asked to leave the place).

Hayes had been charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. But his attorney told Stephen Holder of the Tampa Tribune that Hayes reached a deal with prosecutors in which he pleaded no contest to trespassing and had the disorderly conduct charge dropped. Hayes punishment? A $265 tab for court fees.
