The Washington Redskins are practicing as a team again. Well, half a team. And sort of practicing. Twenty six players showed up for a session organized by London Fletcher.

The practice was held at an undisclosed location, though members of NBC Washington figured out where it is considering they have footage of the drills.

"I think the thing that we stress and emphasize to the guys is that we're not going out here 100 miles an hour trying to compete at the highest level," Fletcher said. "It's really just about doing football, getting guys out, doing football related type stuff, but being smart and understanding protect your teammates."

Here’s the list of players who participated:

London Fletcher
Chris Cooley
Anthony Armstrong
Brian Orakpo
Keiland Williams
Rex Grossman
John Beck
Terrance Austin
Darrel Young
Mike Sellers
Casey Rabach
Lorenzo Alexander
Roydell Williams
Kedric Golston
Will Montgomery
Selvish Capers
Jeremy Jarmon
Rocky McIntosh
Logan Paulsen
Kevin Barnes
Maake Kemoeatu
Fred Davis
Phillip Daniels
Brandon Banks
Anderson Russell
Andre Brown
Albert Haynesworth…(JUST KIDDING)

I love this idea, it is showing that they are staying in shape and more importantly working as a team. Where is McNabb?
