Jim Mora Jr. is tough

Now, Jim Mora Jr. can mean it if he tells his players he “feels their pain”. The former Falcons and Seahawks head coach and current NFL Network analyst is rehabbing a torn ACL he recently suffered while skiing. For the next few months, Mora will be making regular visits to his alma mater, University of Washington, for physical therapy.

“They don’t treat me like a middle-aged couch potato,” Mora told Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. “They treat me like a 20-year-old athlete, so I need that.”

Worth noting: after Mora felt a pop in his knee, in true Philip Rivers fashion, he continued skiing for another FIVE HOURS! “I knew something was wrong,” he said.

Jim Mora Jr. is tough

Why do we call Jim Mora (son)"Jr". Mora and his father have different middle names as dad is named James Earnest Mora and son is James Lawrence Mora.  Junior (Jr) is reserved for the son who possesses the same name as the father, such as George Kenneth Griffey and his son George Kenneth Griffey, Jr.  Doesn't matter a I guess 'cause both of these guys have bad, bad tempers.

How heavy was the woman? How tall? Both matter a LOT when it comes to playing through the pain. Plus, she, not he, is probably better able to athletically adjust to such an infirmity. (It's a matter of balance and core strength.) Just saying. Being small and nimble is markedly better for some things, not others.

Word Hawkman.

The toughest thing about Mora Jr is listening to him run his mouth.

Jim Mora Jr. is tough

Worth noting:  Jim Mora, Jr.'s coaching career has been marked by immaturity and a complete lack of mental toughness.  I watched a 46 year old woman tear an ACL three weeks ago in a karate sparring match and fight three more matches.  She seemed a lot tougher to me than Mora ever will.
