The Richmond (Texas) Fire Department was called to the home of defensive end Antonio Smith Sunday morning where authorities said a dead body was found at the bottom of the pool. Smith, 29, held a party for 100 people at his $1 million, five-acre estate Saturday night. The Houston Chronicle reports that 25 people spent the night.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's office said the victim was a 37-year-old, black male from the Katy (Texas) area, and was last seen around 2 a.m. local time. The Associated Press reports that the victim was a family friend of Smith's. Officials don't suspect foul play but an autopsy has been ordered.

"All I know is they had a party last night and they found a guy at the bottom of the pool this morning," Bob Haenel, a spokesman for the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office said, via the Chronicle.

What I find disconcerting is that Kato is getting what he wants..a rise out of everyone..

RIP to the man who lost his life...and may those who are going through this ordeal be able to find peace and move forward.
