Brent Celek was involved in an early-morning car crash Thursday, but according to the Cherry Hill (N.J.) Courier Post, the Eagles tight end was uninjured.

The accident occurred at 2:30 a.m. on an highway exit ramp near the team’s stadium in south Philadelphia. Police said the driver of the vehicle was driving too fast and spun out of control before smacking a concrete barrier with Celek as a passenger. The driver was giving a field sobriety test and supposedly failed. The driver has been charged with DUI.

The driver also was uninjured.

"The team is aware of the accident and has been in contact with Brent," the team said in a statement e-mailed to CBSSports.com. "Thankfully, no one involved in the accident was injured and, to our knowledge, Brent is not facing any legal charges."

I thought the way the DD works, is that the drunk guy sits on the passenger side and the sober guy sits on the driver side!?!?!??!!, or was Celek the lesser of the 2 drunks!?!?!?!, either way, real smart move on both their parts....

The headline and the first paragraph state that Celek was "Uninjured". Are their 6th graders on the CBS staff writing this stuff? Can't you just state that Brett Celek was not injured.
