Chicago White Sox

I hope the White Sox can continue their strong play against the National League. A few weeks ago the Sox were down, but not out. They played a few good series before beginning interleague play. I mentioned at the beginning of interleague play the the White Sox had an opportunity to get some quality wins against an inferior league. Now they have climbed up to a .500 record and are only 5 1/2 games out of first place. They have been lead by solid pitching from Freddy Garcia. Garcia has not let age nor skepticism from fans bring him down. Even though his velocity is down, he is hitting his spots, controlling the pace of games, mixing up speeds and pitching very well. Let's hope he can continue his good pitching and that the White Sox can keep rolling.
