What do you think will happen when LeBron James enters Quicken Loans Arena Thursday night? What do you think will happen when his name is announced during introductions. What do you think will happen the first time he touches the ball?

Boo. BOO. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
OO. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
OOOOOOO!

Something like that.

But there's a movement that has a different idea. And if you ask me, a better one. Don't boo. Laugh. Instead of the universal sound for audience disapproval, confuse the heck out him with some chuckles, giggles and loud HA-HAs, Nelson-style.

It comes from the Twitter account @LaughAtLeBron. The idea, is this: "Let's flip the script on LeBron people. He's expecting crowds booing him. Why? We all need to LAUGH at him. Dec. 2nd." Sounds innovative, if you ask me.

Right now, the group has almost 400 followers, which surely isn't enough to sway an entire arena that's ready to boo their heads off to laugh instead. People have been waiting months to take their seat Dec. 2 and unleash the loudest, meanest, most devastating chorus of boos known to history. And LeBron is ready for it. He knows it's coming. That's why laughing could throw him.

Heck, why not take it even further? Why not REALLY confuse him and applaud him? Cheer him, even. Chant his name. Well, let's not kid ourselves here. The laughing thing is a pretty big longshot. I think it's more likely for my dog to walk over, shake my hand and say, "Hello Royce" in a funny British accent than for Cavs fans to cheer LeBron.

But honestly, with the way the Heat are playing, it really might not be that hard to laugh at them. It almost might even come naturally.

call me old-fashioned..but i think the whole crowd should moon him then proceed to throw rotton tomatoes and all that......lebron knew from day one he was leaving...just went flying to new york and teasing cleveland to feed his own hungry ego...his arrogance is only overshadowed by his ignorance...he is so caught up in his self its sickening. we have real heroes all over the world fighting terrorism, teaching students, providing charities for the less fortunate..on and on..this man is no hero...only a hero to himself...the good people of cleveland and we as americans are idiots to idolize such greed. these "superstars"..living storybook lives, making millions, and talking about "its business"...these are our heroes!?...jeeesus...reality check america...we have built these monsters into what they are...now we cry when it explodes in our face....fk lebron.....im gonna have a jersey made with my grandmothers name on the back...you can have him....i'll choose a real hero.

FormerBuckeye, you have it part right.  yes all those things are true.  You're dead on with most.  It's not however how he went about becoming a Cavalier, it was how he became a Miami Heat player.  Had he taken the higher road and come right out and said listen, it's going to take a lot for me to stay in Cleveland, unless a few big names come in here, I can't see myself staying....what he could have done.  What he did do was turn it into a circus.  He made the City of Cleveland think they could still get him, he held a meeting near NYC fooling Knick fans and then ultimately picked Miami.  While you might look at Florida as a better place than Cleveland, many will disagree.  Florida has 2 things, snow birds and illegal immigrants.  Miami is overrun with crime, so if that is something that looks more appealing to you, by all means, I'll take my snowy city(not Cleveland) all day.  That being said no one has ever said he didn't bring a lot of good things to the city, it's how he left it that left a bad taste in their mouth.  As a border line basketball fan trying to get back into the game, I lost all interest when he dropped the race card.  Most of these guys don't have the education to talk and shouldn't be given a microphone.  When a city is mad at you because you screwed them into thinking you weren't going anywhere, that's not racism, that's called them wanting you to be loyal.  Lebron is uneducated, and it shows....then again, his mom named him Lebron...so I'm guessing it's not all his fault...he was probably brought up in a broken family, in the ghetto blah blah blah...your typical NBA story.  No thanks.  Hey Lebron, when your fan base is 90% rich and white, probably not a wise move to say race was involved.  As an insulted fan of all sports, no longer a fan of this so called sport

Heat Stroke: Don't boo, laugh

When my cousin John Hurley was captain for Holy Cross Basketball, I remember going to watch him play against my favorite college hoop team being the Duke Bluedevils. Now what they did to make them feel like nothing was brilliant! When the holy cross team was being announced and introduced into the gym, all the Duke students didnt boo cheer or anything crazy! All they did was simply pull up newspapers! Every student in the gym had a copy of the daily news and opened at and didnt even acknowledge the holy cross mens team! After the game i asked my cousin john what he thought about that! He said to me it was the single most awkward moment hes ever had against an opposing team! Now if the cleveland fans had done something like that basically stating there is bigger news out there than lebron coming back to cleveland, would be a total slap to the face!! HAHA!! Imsure there will be plenty of boos and random things going on. I know when lebron comes to boston to play during playoff time if it comes down to it, We will have things w Delonte and Lebrons mom on there together to get below his skin!
Good Luck Cleveland, although your records arent that far apart now, I would like to see the Cavs own Lebron tonight! Karma is a betch!

Heat Stroke: Don't boo, laugh

I say when they announce him at the beginning of the game for everyone to turn totally quiet. No boos, no laughs, and just turn around with everyone's back facing the court. The whole crowd should just turn their backs on him like he did to Cleveland. Then for the rest of the game you can boo or laugh or what ever you want.

Cleveland fans should not be out for LeBrons head. He saved Basketball in Cleveland. Think about it....He was the top high school player in the country who just happened to be from Ohio and the local NBA team was going no where and had not been a good team for quite a few years. Through the rules of the NBA he was eligible to be drafted by that local team and the Cavs were able to take him # 1 over all....If he didnt want to turn pro he could quite possibly ended up in Kentucky where I read once he could have ended up if it wasnt for a chance to play in the NBA.....He plays in Cleveland 7 years.....overall they were a very good team but not able to win a title.....He had no Pippen( Jordan), He had no McHale (Bird), and he didnt have a Worthy or a Kareem ( Magic).
He saw no chance of winning so he changed teams, he took less money to do so, plus hes living in FL which beats those cold ohio winters......If Clevelanders need to be be mad, be mad at Dan Gilbert who gave Lebron no support cast with the likes ( Antione Jamison  what has he ever won ? ) Be mad at Art Modell who by the way could make the Hall of Fame, or be mad at ther Indians who havent won a WS since the great Bob Feller pitched for them( get well Bob !)

To really take it back (and rub some of the polish off his apple) don't forget about John Elway.  Before "the Drive" and the SB wins, he was the arrogant prick who was too good to play for the Baltimore Colts, and threatened to go play baseball unless they traded him to a team he wanted to play for.
