I don't suppose this is going to surprise most of you, but Chris Bosh's Maxim photo shoot is pretty freaking ridiculous. I mean, it's not Kobe and the pilgrim hat, or anything. But nothing is, really. But if you don't believe me, check out the video. 




But perhaps that slipped by you. Let me break it down into smaller pieces for you. 

Actual quote from Bosh: 

"I think when you have something relate to, to other people, and they see that you do the normal, weird, regular things that they do, they appreciate it a little more."




Yes, Chris. That looks pretty much like and average person's day. Except "bizarre, canopied dockspace" is a bland office space, and "clutching oneself like I'm Will Smith in 1992" is "working with Excel." Just like it. Same deal, really. I can only assume the question being lobbed at Bosh currently is "How do you feel when you play the Celtics?"




Also, Bosh says, "I'm just a regular guy." Let's see what a regular guy looks like, shall we?





Yup. Totally normal dude. Leaning on one knee in boy shorts peering at you over his glasses. I see guys like that all the freaking time at Target. They just line the streets, really. Drinking orange mocha frappucino, and commenting on what the hottest night club is. 

Maybe the shoot will come really well and it will sell huge and it will advance Bosh's brand. That's entirely possible. But in the end, it's important to remember what's really important in life: not looking really, really stupid. And Chris Bosh has failed in that time-honored tradition.

Also, for some reason, people that Bosh knows think that reading is weird. Something something, who needs enemies?

Best part of this "shoot", Bosh splashing water around in his white tank top like he's some kinda play boy bunny.  F'ing hilarious.  This is the guy the Miami Heat brought in to bring toughness and an inside presence.

Why do they all love orange drink so much. No wonder Mcdonalds has it.

This guy is the definition of SOFT!!! Is he a center? definatly not. Power Forward....ya, not really. Strong forward? Definatly not strong. I've been watching this clown for 7 years now in Toronto and the thing that Miami will come to realize is that he is SOFT! Sure, he can out-rebound any PG, but when there are actually men of size in there, wo, look out...TIMBER!!! What the Heat don't realize, is that all the good teams have a BIG 3. Where they went wrong, was thinking that Bosh would make a difference. If a Baller is that good(supposidly), don't ya think that more than one playoff appearance in 7 years is a little iffy on someone they give this much money to. I mean, Lebron, MVP right. Look at the Cavs now. You take Wade out of Miami(pre Bosh/James) and they suck. But with Bosh, they sucked with him and guess what, they still suck without him. The guys is more concerned about being a Joke and a clown than an actual inside threat. Enjoy South Biotch...i meant beach, lol.

Was this photo shoot meant to be taken seriously? No, right? This had to have been a joke. Ambercrombie Bosh didn't really think this was supposed to somehow make him look cool...right?? He looks like he's posing for either a Kris Kross album cover or the latest issue of "Gay in Miami."
