If you were thinking Kris Humphries walks away with some big fortune after his marriage to Kim Kardashian crashed into flames, think again. TMZ reports:
As we first reported, Kim and Kris have a prenup -- which Kim felt was "the smart thing to do."

Sources familiar with the prenup tell TMZ ... the document keeps ALL assets separate, and with such a short marriage neither walks away with money from the other -- not a single penny.

Now that leaves just one piece of business on the table -- Kims $2 million engagement ring.  Sorry Kris, but you lose on 2 counts:

1.  Under California law, once you said "I do," you lost any rights to the ring

2.  You didnt pay for the ring, stupid

It's just so strange the the marriage ended in less than 75 days. I mean, if Kris and Kim can't make it work, who can?

We'd love to be bringing you actual news, like, say, about the NBA's opening night, but guess what? Still locked out, no talks scheduled. Look what you have reduced us to, NBA. Look.

It should be illegal to get married for only 72 days, this is a joke and i wish the nba season would start already so this is the headline story of the day!

What were the overs and unders on this marriage. I am willing to be there are many that are looking at a pretty good about now.

I see that Reggie dumped her and could not figure out why. Perhaps it was the fact that she kept pushing for a marriage and Reggie either say through that or was not ready for the trip down the isle.

Kris was ready and took the trip only to find out what Reggie already knew.

Good luck to the both of them, they were made for each other. Now perhaps Kris is able to prepare himself for a NBA season if they get off their duff in the negotiations.

Two Plucky Kids

I doubt the future when a puffed out petuitary case and his famous for being famous bimbo girlfriend can't make a go of it in the rough and tumble of daily life in this place we like to call America.

Who cares...really, does anyone care.  I have problems of my own without having a 100 million in the bank.  Now who's worse off?  Im sure Kim will be hunkered down again real soon.

what goes around comes around. Humphries was the biggest jerk ever. Kansas players did not want him Duke did not work out. He had great stats at Minnesota but only cared about an NBS contract. Humphries is just as big of jerk as his soon to be ex wife.
