It's a good thing this guy practically lives in the gym.

We noted earlier this week that Los Angeles Lakers All-Star guard Kobe Bryant was set to lose a reported $75 million in a divorce settlement with wife Vanessa. TMZ.com reports Friday that the settlement will give Vanessa all three of the Bryants' homes.
Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging all three of the former couple's mansions in the Newport Beach area. Vanessa gets the estate the couple was living in, the estate her mom is living in, and she gets the new estate that had been under construction for 2 years and was just completed.
The Bryants, who have two young daughters, announced that they were filing for divorce in December and they did not have a prenuptial agreement in place.

In a prepared statement issued to the media in December, a representative of the Bryant said: "The Bryants have resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately with the assistance of counsel and a Judgment dissolving their marital status will be entered in 2012."

According to Basketball-Reference.com, Bryant has earned more than $196 million in salary during his NBA career. Bryant is on the books for $25 million for the 2011-2012 season, tops in the NBA according to Forbes.com, and has an additional $57 million owed to him in 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 combined. SI.com reports that Bryant makes at least $10 million per year in off-court endorsements.

Solidgold, the difference between Tiger and Kobe is a little piece of paper called a Pre-nup.  Tiger had one and Kobe did not.  I do believe these women are getting paid too much in divorces though.  From what I understand she still gets child support on top of the 75 mil.  Guess it pays to 'snatch' players up in High School.

Report: Kobe Bryant loses 3 houses in divorce

I can't believe that there are women in this world that feel that they deserve as much as they get in a divorce.  Prenups are where it's at. Live and learn Kobe!

The fact that he even had three homes to lose boggles the mind.  He plays basketball, and dserves three homes? No wonder most of the rest of the planet finds the U.S. to be decadent.

The three houses are part of the total package. Not over and above it. the 75,000,000 is just a guess by these jack asses. Remember all the talk about Tiger woods wife getting 750,000,000? A joke, she got less then one hunderd mill. This will be  the same case. He was smart giving he the houses. She will end up selling all of them when she figures out what it costs to maintain them. Kobe will just build another one for himself. Hopfully he will learn something out of all of this. Like don't get married if you can't keep your johnson in your pants. The girl is a gold digger and ended up with what she wanted. She will get bit by the karma bug soon enough.

Report: Kobe Bryant loses 3 houses in divorce

Marriage in this country SUCKS!!! Marriage is now, ALL but 100% slanted towards the woman.. If you are a woman, there is NO NEED to stay married to anyone. Because you will get to keep every perk of being married, if you divorce, and you'll gain freedom. You'll get to keep the kids, of course, houses, cars, money to maintain a life style, and you can even keep the man's last name, to keep some sort of celebrity yourself..

Fact is: Over 50% of marriages end in divorce in this country.. Throw in anoth 10-20% of married couple who are unhappy. Example: Man is beating on the wife & she's afraid to leave. Couple got married because the woman got pregnant but no love was there. Couple got married because the sex was great, but no love was there... Whatever the reason is, over 50% of marriage end in divorce and another 10-20% are married, but unhappy and are on their way to divorce.. You can reasonably say that 75% of all married couples, are unhappy.

Less on from this story.. DON'T GET MARRIED!!!! Especially if you are wealthy.. If you are wealthy, its just not financially smart to get married. No matter how much in lOVE you are. Oprah Winfrey is the poster child for being smart about this. Same boyfriend for 30 years.. Not ever one talk about marriage.. Its just not worth it..

The moral of this story is: If you're planning on getting married and you love and cherish your assets, sign a prenup.

The moral of this story is: If you're planning on getting married you should love and cherish your spouse and treat him/her with respect and admiration.  If it doesn't work out in the end at least you still have your self-respect.

Gold digger or not, all of the reports seem to point to Mr. Bryant as selfish, entitled, and completely disrespectful to his wife.
