Who cares? The Blazers suck. Every year all we hear is how Portland is gonna do this or that. Talk when you actually can win a playoff series. Portland fans (and their announcers too) are the biggest whiners out there. They put Tommy Heinsohn to shame, and that is no small feat. I used to kind of like the Blazers, until I moved to Portland and found out hopw myopic their fan base is. Truth be told, they need to do what the Cavaliers did and blow the whole thing up and start over. LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicholas Batum are not gonna get any better than what they are now, which is above average players. They may make the playoffs, but they'll get drilled again like they always do.

Really? Blazers are considering a trade of a current starting guard for a 'not so good' player and first-round pick? Is that really worth it? They need a friggin GUARD- POINT GUARD! You trade Crawford for someone decent or decent-ish and pick/s. I'll take the Ridnour/Barea trade and a 1st rounder. Minnesota is pretty stacked with young talent and needs to trim the fat so this would be likely. Or with Clips, Mo Williams would be nice with a pick. Seriously though, Pacers aren't that tempting unless talks of Collison or Hill are in the mix. Blazers would be stupid to take the Price trade.

Crawford would have been smart to sign with the Pacers anyways.  I don't see why they would give up a first rounder in a deep draft to get a guy who is going to leave next year anyways.  He already opted not to sign with the Pacers in December...why would he stay this time?  He's not going to put them ahead of the Bulls or Heat anyways, so this trade serves little purpose.  It makes them better, yes, but not good enough to do any damage.
