As reported on Tuesday, former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky is being investigated in two new cases of child abuse by Pennslyvania's Youth and Child Services. Under state law, this means that the two new accusers are still under the age of 18, while all the alleged victims in the charges Sandusky currently faces are now adults. Now, according to Sandusky's lawyer Joe Amendola, it appears that one of the two accusers comes from Sandusky's family.

Here's more from PennLive.com's Sara Ganim:

The attorney for Jerry Sandusky says one of the two new cases of alleged sexual abuse under investigation by Children and Youth Services was made by a family member.

Amendola said the allegations stem from difficulties within the child's immediate family. He said the assault is alleged to have occurred prior to Sandusky's arrest earlier this month, but was not brought to the authorities attention until after the former Penn State coach was charged.

The Patriot-News is withholding the child's relationship to Sandusky to shield the child's identity.

This is JoePa's legacy, for ever and for always:  HE PROTECTED AND ENABLED A CHILD RAPIST.  50 years of legacy thrown away on this piece of garbage.

Each passing day, this gets more and more disgusting!  Sandusky needs to be convicted, put into general population in prison.  We all know what happens to convicted that abuse children.  Unbelievable that someone so sick was able to keep working with kids even after so many allegations for more than a decade...  Sad thing is, this case could and probably will only get worse.

SBull.

Here is some background on Sandusky's lawyer.

Not sure about Pennsylvania law, but where I practice, not ethical to sleep with your clients.  While 16 is age of consent in Penn., you have to question the morals of a 49 year old sleeping with a 17 year old client.

However, if he represents guys like Sandusky (at least if he is guilty of what he is accused of), it may help answer your question about how he looks himself in the mirror.  He spends his time with people who commit acts far more deplorable than anything he has done.  Comparatively, he might feel pretty good about himself - compared to his clients.

Does anybody in America think Jerry Sandusky isn't a pedophile?  Really, ANYBODY??  Lock this guy away and lose the key.  How does his lawyer look himself in the mirror?

I don't see how this gets to trial.  Either he off's himself or someone else is going to do him.  I say option 2 comes first.
