Additional allegations of sexual assault have been made against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. The most recent reported incidents occurring inside the Penn State football offices in 2004 - two years after Sandusky was banned from bringing children into the building.

FoxNews.com spoke the attorney of the now-19-year old accuser, who was a 12-year old summer camper in a program run by Second Mile - Sandusky's charity aid underprivileged youth - at the time of the incident. The accuser has reportedly filed a civil suit against Sandusky, Second Mile, and Penn State.
The teen’s lawyer, Charles Schmidt, told FoxNews.com in an interview on Thursday that Sandusky lured the boy into an office seven years ago, plied him with alcohol and raped him. He said Sandusky then gave the boy Penn State football championship memorabilia, walked him outside and handed him off to a Second Mile counselor.

Schmidt said Sandusky gave the boy a football championship commemorative bottle and a hockey puck, and that both items have recently been turned over to police.

The office where the alleged rape occurred is thought to have been Sandusky’s office in Penn State’s Lasch football building, Schmidt said. He said he thought that Second Mile’s programs were run out of that building.
FoxNews.com reports that the Attorney General's office is investigating the allegations, though there was no official comment from the spokesperson. That statute of limitations for criminal charges in cases like this is 12 years after the accuser's 18th birthday.

Former Penn State athletic director Tim Curley told a grand jury that he banned Sandusky from bringing Second Mile children into the football building in 2002, after Mike McQueary said he saw the former defensive coordinator raping a boy in the showers. Joe Amendola, Sandusky's attorney, claims his client was not banned from using Penn State facilities until November 2011 - after the criminal charges were filed.

While more continues to unravel regarding this sad case in State College, interim head coach Tom Bradley is preparing his team for the TicketCity Bowl on Jan. 2. The Nittany Lions are also searching for a full-time replacement for Joe Paterno.

Teen accuses Sandusky of 2004 on-campus assault

Penn State people not all of them but some, are trying to revise history so they can justify their rooting for a team whose leaders felt their image was more important than doing what was right!

"You apparently haven't read the grand jury report."

That is funny BigDaddy because apparently you didn't.

Kingsquonk

"The "facts" say nothing of the short. The "facts" say 1) Paterno was told of a sexual interaction between Jerry Sandusky and a child (corroboration: McQueary AND Paterno's grand jury testimony)"

No they don't. The facts say that Paterno recieved a sanitized accusation devoid of detail. The facts also demonstrate that the story Paterno received clearly did not indicate a crime had occured.

"2) Paterno thought the report was serious enough that he reported that offense to his boss (Paterno's grand jury testimony)"

Joe went above and beyond what he was required to do by reporting a second allegation of something inapropriate that had occured. Again, he was not aware of a crime.

"3) that offense was not reported to the police (lots of grand jury testimony and police statements)"

Again, why report something when you you don't have a reasonable suspicion that a crime occured?

"4) AD Curley and VP Shultz have been charged with perjury"

Give it three weeks and see how long the charges last.

"5) Joe Paterno has sated publically he "wished he'd done more" (not the statement of someone who believes he has done "nothing wrong whatsoever'

So what. That statement, taken out of context does nothing of the sort. How about the part much earlier in the comment where he said he wishes he would have put the pieces together.

"6) the PSU Board of Trustees fired both Joe Paterno and President Spanier So.... For having done nothing wrong we have (alleged rapes of children, said rapes unreported, a couple of senior university firings, perjury charges, rape charges, recriminations from Paterno, with jail time, civil lawsuits, and more firings to come) "uninformed knuckle dragging morons" you couldn't have described yourself better. Except I'd have added minimized. Child rape."

Wow, you outdid yourself. You really need help since you obviously cannot tell the difference between the fantasy world you obviously live in and reality. Like I said, the facts speak for themselves and the facts absolutely vindicate Joe Paterno who is the greatest, most honorable, most ethical coach we have seen in our lifetimes.

Penn State should of gave there student football players the option of going to another school or they could stay at Penn State and get there education. IMO Penn State football program should be closed down for at least two years so the university can get there house in order. I would not want my child going to this program until they fix all the issues. IMO this is by far worst than what SMU did many years ago and the NCAA closed down there football program. I see the same thing happening at Penn State.

Penn State is a great school.

Apparently not so much.

Maybe great for covering up filth and scampering cockroaches.

This is horrendous with lots of guilt to go around. The University had enough information to ban this man from bringing children onto campus yet they did not turn terminate him and charges were not laid?

Penn State is a great school. Hopefully ALL those guilty and/ or negligent will be nailed, then the school can rebuild its tarnished reputation.

mmac30, who are you to pass judgement on Paterno?  Do you know all of the facts about Paterno or do you just listen to what the media reports?  I can say two things are factual.  Joe Paterno has been all about action his entire career he has donated his own money to benefit the students at PSU.  Now the media that reports the so called facts or lack of facts has a recent history of irresponsible journalims, anything to get someone to read their article for ratings, for money.

I am not a Penn State alumni or Joe Paterno fan.  As a matter of fact I have though Joe Pa to be a cry baby at times but I can read the whole story and Joe Pa has been wrongfully accussed and Joe Pa is a class act all the way.  1/2 these young adults that are  making these allegations you can be assured are using it for financial gain and that is diminishing the ones that might have been actually molested.

Take a good long look into the real story and so far the best story I have read was by Hacksaw Hemingway at Hacksaw Sports (google it).  It exhibits facts about character and the politicians connected to the Second Mile and how the Second Mile was a cash cow which Joe Paterno was not connected to in any way.

First of all Sandusky deserves to rot in jail the rest of his life. Then look at Mcquery and it is very easy to see in fact to easy to say that he is a coward that shouldve doen something. It is very easy to say what you wouldve doen if that was you. But truth be told most people would act the same way. Unless you walk in those shoes you cant say what you would do. Have you ever seem an adult smack a child in public? Did you step in at that time>? This was a 25 year old guy who knew either decision he made would cost him his career. So he spoke to the person he trusted most then to that piece of garbage Paterno. For anyone to say say Paterno handled this correctly is an idiot. The guy shouldve been fired immediately. But, Joe put himself and the prgram above it all. A very poor decision that I am sure he wishes he had back.

"People need to dismiss what they have heard from the media and let the facts speak for themselves, and the fact say that niether Joe Paterno nor anyone at Penn State did anything wrong what so ever."

You apparently haven't read the grand jury report.
