Additional allegations of sexual assault have been made against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. The most recent reported incidents occurring inside the Penn State football offices in 2004 - two years after Sandusky was banned from bringing children into the building.

FoxNews.com spoke the attorney of the now-19-year old accuser, who was a 12-year old summer camper in a program run by Second Mile - Sandusky's charity aid underprivileged youth - at the time of the incident. The accuser has reportedly filed a civil suit against Sandusky, Second Mile, and Penn State.
The teen’s lawyer, Charles Schmidt, told FoxNews.com in an interview on Thursday that Sandusky lured the boy into an office seven years ago, plied him with alcohol and raped him. He said Sandusky then gave the boy Penn State football championship memorabilia, walked him outside and handed him off to a Second Mile counselor.

Schmidt said Sandusky gave the boy a football championship commemorative bottle and a hockey puck, and that both items have recently been turned over to police.

The office where the alleged rape occurred is thought to have been Sandusky’s office in Penn State’s Lasch football building, Schmidt said. He said he thought that Second Mile’s programs were run out of that building.
FoxNews.com reports that the Attorney General's office is investigating the allegations, though there was no official comment from the spokesperson. That statute of limitations for criminal charges in cases like this is 12 years after the accuser's 18th birthday.

Former Penn State athletic director Tim Curley told a grand jury that he banned Sandusky from bringing Second Mile children into the football building in 2002, after Mike McQueary said he saw the former defensive coordinator raping a boy in the showers. Joe Amendola, Sandusky's attorney, claims his client was not banned from using Penn State facilities until November 2011 - after the criminal charges were filed.

While more continues to unravel regarding this sad case in State College, interim head coach Tom Bradley is preparing his team for the TicketCity Bowl on Jan. 2. The Nittany Lions are also searching for a full-time replacement for Joe Paterno.

Teen accuses Sandusky of 2004 on-campus assault

I wonder how many of the uniformed knuckle dragging morons posting here realize that Paterno was not told of a potential crime and that is was simply inappropriate conduct or that McQueary has now told several different versions of the 2002 incident, and that he told the first three people he talked to that he didn't witness rape or any other type of crime? Good lord are people stupid. People need to dismiss what they have heard from the media and let the facts speak for themselves, and the fact say that niether Joe Paterno nor anyone at Penn State did anything wrong what so ever.

Wow! Really???  I know I was raised to look at the point of view from all perspectives but panic and not do anything?  That is exactly what you are saying.  Panic (paralyze) is what cowards do and I am sorry but some of us do know how we would have reacted.  I would have probably smashed his face into the shower wall before I even called anyone.  He is lucky a man did not find him doing that and a coward did......  I hope you are not around when any type of help is needed because someone is gonna get screwed I guess....

This whole thing just gets more unbelievable.  Apparently at Penn State if you molest a child they just tell you that you can't bring children into the building anymore.  Who would've thought that football is more important than a child's life and future.  There appears to be many people working at Penn State that need to be unempolyed or in prison.

It is McQueary, not McCreary and he was much older than 21, more like 26 or 28............Report the damn sexual assault on a child to the F*ing police, not to your Dad!!!  Common sense tells you to call 911, not cower in an office and call your Daddy!!

The victims here will be paying the price emotionally for this sick man's behavior for many years and maybe for their whole life. Anyone that was involved in covering this up needs to be made accountable including McQueary. I also think that if administration official were aware of this, they also should be made accountable. Sandusky needs intensive professional help and should get jail time. From hearing quotes attributed to him, chances are he will never admit any wrong doing. He looks at himself as a victim himself, which is part of his sociopathic sickness.

One needs only to pull the fire alarm; it may be techinaclly against the law to do since no fire existed, having said that, police, firefighters and parmedics are gonna show up and noiaey too.   Be plenty of lights coming on; as in a many places today, when the fire alarm goes off the emergency lighting goes on also - would have put a little light on the shower room action.

Never be afraid to pull that red switch on something like this - once the act that made you break the glass comes to light charges won't be headed your way.  The DA knows - double knows a conviction will not be handed out by your peers for pulling the fire alarm on a child rapeing *&^H$*#

Happy New Year! 2012 has to have some better stories......

I would think that many people knew about this including McQueary and Paterno and administration officials probably did too and the order was to cover it up. Sandusky is a very sick person, but all these other people should be accountable for enabling this guy's behavior. It should have been stopped many years ago. It sounds like Sandusky is in denial of his own behavior and that largely is because of the enabling that came from the coaching staff, as well as other PSU officials.
