LSU-Alabama, the sequel

Sources tell me tonight that it's official: LSU and Alabama will meet again in New Orleans in the BCS title game.  It still remains to be seen whether or not TCU automatically qualifies for a BCS berth (I'm not optimistic).

That would put Oklahoma State in the Fiesta Bowl, against Stanford (an automatic qualifier).

The Orange will have Clemson facing West Virginia.

The Sugar will feature Michigan against Virginia Tech.

Other bowl matchups are starting to leak out as well.  Keep checking our bowl page for the latest.

LSU-Alabama, the sequel

The team who wins the game is champion. This game is the championship game; the last one wasn't. It isn't rocket science.

Doesn't matter Pinedale, if the East Coast and Midwest don't watch, no ratings. It can be done people, just don't watch the next great field goal game

LSU-Alabama, the sequel

YOU DONT GET IT DO YOU

YOU THEM ANYONE NOBODY KNOWS WHO #2 IS

BUT I CAN TELL YOU IT'S NOT OKLA STATE LOSING TO IOWA STATE THEY SHOULD NOT BE TOP 5 BUT LOOK WHAT THE MEDIA TRIED TO DO FOR THEM  THE HOLY BIASED MEDIA
IT'S NOT ALABAMA
IT'S NOT STANFORD LOST BY 20

IT'S BOISE STATE   THEY DID NOT LOSE A GAME BUT ALAS THEY GAVE ONE AWAY BUT 2 A TOP 15 TEAM

I'VE ALREADY SEEN LSU/ALA  REPEAT WHO CARES WHAT IF ALABAMA WINS THEN WHAT ALL THE LSU FANS
WE WANT ANOTHER GAME WE WON ONE THEY WON ONE WAHHHJHHH

QUIT BELIEVING THE POLLS   THEY ARE HUMANS LIKE US WHO VOTE AND ARE SWAYED EASILY SO POLLS SUCK
THE ONLY WAY THIS YEAR IS TO PUT ALL THE 1 LOSS TEAM NAMES IN A HAT DRAW ONE AND LET EM PLAY
BUT DONT LET HUMANS VOTE AND TELL YOU WHO PLAYS AND DONT LET THEM (NCAA BCS COMMITTEE) SWAY YOU
BY ALLOWING HUMANS AGAIN TO SEED TEAMS AND YES PICK WHO PLAYS WHO(biased) ..
YOU WANT PLAYOFF THEN 1 OF 2 WAYS BUT YOU CANNOT LEAVE ANY DIV1 CONFERENCE OUT TO BE FAIR OR YOU
CAN TAKE ABOUT 10 CONFERENCES OUT OF DIV1 MAKE NEW DIV.  SO 2 WAYS
1. ALL CONFERENCE CHAMPS QUALIFY FOR PLAYOFFS AND A NUMBER OF WILD CARDS BUT IT IS ALL BY RECORD
YOU CANNOT PICK A 2 LOSS TEAM OVER A 1 LOSS TEAM NO MATTER WHAT.
THE OTHER WAY
2. IS HAVE THE TOP 16 TEAMS(AND DO AWAY WITH SOS)
BUT NO MATTER WHICH WAY THE IMPORTANT THINGS ARE:
1. LEAVE OUT NO CONFERENCE (ANY TEAM IN DIV1 CAN MAKE IT TO BCS IF RECORD SHOWS SO)
2. AND no matter WHAT  DO NOT LET HUMANS SEED THE 16 TEAMS CAUSE THEN AGAIN IT IS RIGGED
ALL 16 TEAMS IN HAT 1ST 2 DRAWN PLAY EACH OTHER AND ETC
THEN 8 TEAMS LEFT 8 TEAMS IN A HAT 1ST 2 DRAWN PLAY EACH OTHER ETC
THEN 4 TEAMS LEFT 4 TEAMS IN A HAT 1ST 2 DRAWN PLAY EACH OTHER
THEN 2 WINNERS PLAY FOR A TRUE CHAMPIONSHIP
THANKS

LSU-Alabama, the sequel

Alabama may well be the 2nd best team in the country and although I am a big college football fan this one game I don't intend to watch.  Been there done that.  I would love to have seen Oklahoma State's offense face the LSU defense.  Alabama had their shot at LSU and Okie St. should have gotten theirs.  Too bad for college football.  I believe a heckuva a lot of other fans feel the same way. May be the least watched BCS championship game ever.

Boring,  rematch, if Alabama wins who is the real champion?    By the way Michigan and Virginia Tech over Kansas St, Boise St is sad because it is a reach for the number of tickets to be sold.

I agree and I know a lot of people who won't be watching this game too!  The SEC is full of themselves and they have the coaches and all the sports writers in their back pocket.  The best way to bust this stupid system is to turn off the BCS games, except to support your own team.  Ratings speak volumes to advertisers and I am sure if enough people turn off their TV sets or just change the channel and watch something else they will take notice!!!

Just get Mr Pickens to buy you a Crystal Football, make up some tshirts that say Nat Champs...because that's as close as you're getting. The BCS saved you a TON of embarrassment!
